Happy Thanksgiving!
1)
We
are closed on the following dates for the holidays:
Thurs.-Sun,
11/22-11/25/12
for Thanksgiving Holiday. We ARE open for classes Monday, 11/26.
Sun.-Tues.,
12/23/12-1/1/13
for Winter Break. We ARE open for classes Wednesday, 1/2/13.
2) Costume deposits are
almost due!
--Each class that you or your child
participates in will have a costume for the June show.
--In order to place the
order, each costume needs a $40 deposit paid by Saturday, 12/1/12
--You can pay online or at
the studio.
--Those students without
deposits will not have their costumes ordered for the show.
3) There is an OPTIONAL
Coffee and Tea Fundraiser:
--In order to help pay for
your costumes, we will hold a Coffee and Tea fundraiser featuring Nicholas
Coffee and STASH teas. Please see Gretchen for details
--Forms and money are due
on Wednesday, Nov. 28th. Cash or check only.
--Your order will be ready
for pick
up on Wednesday, Dec 12th.
4) We will placing an
order for Ideal Dance Clothes—just in time for the holidays!
--Black hoodies (zip-up as
well as pull-over)—logo on back in grey-scale and “Ideal Dance” on R front
breast in white font
--Black sweatpants—“Ideal
Dance” on R leg in white font
--Long sleeved white
t-shirts—logo on back in teal/brown, “Ideal Dance” on R arm in brown font,
“Ideal Dance” on L hip in brown font
--Orders and money are due
on Friday, Nov. 23rd. Cash, check or credit card accepted
--Your order will be ready
for pick
up the week of Monday, Dec. 17th
5) There will be an
OPTIONAL parents' visitation week from Monday
12/17 until Saturday 12/22/12. During this time, we will be running our
normal classes. You are welcome to come for all or part of your child(ren)'s
class(es). As you imagine, having
visitors is a distraction! To help us keep your child's attention, please
remember:
- The teacher is in
charge of the class. We ask observers to sit or stand quietly and to
refrain from talking or correcting the children’s technique or behavior.
If you are coming into class in the middle of the class, please be
exceptionally quiet so that you don't disturb the flow of the class.
- If your child comes
over to you, be firm and send them back to the class.

Friday
June 7, 2013 from 5-9p (dress rehearsal)
and
Saturday June 8, 2013 at 1p (show)
